Established in Singapore in 1967, Xepa Laboratories underwent a significant expansion in 1973 through a joint venture with Soul-Pattinson Laboratories Pty Ltd of Australia, leading to the establishment of Xepa-Soul Pattinson (Malaysia) in Malacca. This partnership facilitated the company's evolution into one of Malaysia's foremost producers of high-quality pharmaceuticals.

As a member of Apex Healthcare Berhad (AHB), listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange since June 2000, Xepa-Soul Pattinson holds a prominent position in the pharmaceutical industry.
