inspiration from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, India, and refining its
curriculum over 26 years.
The current curriculum reflects a harmonious blend of Malaysian, Indian, and
global perspectives, aligned with contemporary advancements in medical
education and technology. MUCM prioritizes holistic student development,
offering a spacious campus in Melaka and Muar equipped with cutting-edge
teaching facilities and ample recreational and sports activities.
Early exposure to cadaveric dissection, supplemented by the Anatomage table
for 3D visualization and virtual dissection, enriches students'
understanding of anatomy and physiology.
Plans for the clinical years include incorporating augmented virtual reality
teaching tools to further enhance students' medical procedural skills.
